Some wonderfully messy first storyboards for my animation idea, ideally in the end it will last 30 seconds and have lipsynch and character acting in it.....we hope ;).
The line for my lipsync I'll hopefully be using is 01.24-01.30 . "Is it safe?"-"Yes its safe, its very safe, its so safe you wouldnt believe it"
Just thought i'd write it down for if you couldnt be botherd to watch the video.The lipsync will happen at panel 8, and the "it" thats questioned to be safe will be the grenade, but maybe you guessed that...I hope you did.
Maya work:
Polygon Modelling in Maya:
First time modelling in Maya found it quite difficult. I
have tried to stick to the basics of extruding planes but I’m not sure if it’s
worked too well. Once or twice things seem to have one wrong which I can’t seem
to fix? However when I have closed Maya and re-opened it seems to work the way
I want it too. Not really sure why it’s behaving like this so I’ll ask for help
when I can get it.
It’s quite an interesting programme if not completely
daunting when you open it, a lot of menus and options to use. For this I’ll be
trying to stick to my floor plan which I uploaded earlier when I first sketched
my concepts down. Hopefully it won’t be too difficult to follow.
